the following is an excuse for me to post up all the vain pictures bobcharlie had from 1.langkawi 2.emma's house

note: artery in this context means vain.
it is not a dictionary approved way to use the word -_-

an artery photo is taken most commonly...
1. to post on friendster/myspace/bebo etc
2. when mirrors are present
3. when one's hair/makeup/outfit etc is looking particularly nice
4. when in a changing room wearing store clothes that look good and but are not affordable
5. when extremely bored.

the most common types of artery photos are...
1. cutesy-cutesy (eg: big eyes, pouts etc)
2. glamourous. or attempted. (eg: sunnies, hot mng top)
3. emo/pretending to be dreaming (eg: hair in face, head turned to side, eyes gazing upwards)
4. smiling (self explanatory)
5. attempted candid (these types try to look as natural as possible)
6. 'artistic' -_- (eg: blurred, taken from strange angles)
7. sexy. cough. (i am pretty sure these dont exist but it sure doesnt stop people from trying to achieve it)

artery photos are mostly taken by oneself.

most commonly found in artery photos are...
1. mirrors. very useful.
2. sunnies. helps cover up more ugly in order to make artery pictures seem better. sometimes are found on ones head.
3. earphones. im not sure why.
4. reflection of camera in said mirror.
5. hair in face. well it really depends. but this is actually quite common.
6. hoodies. not sure why either.

mirrors. this one was not so much artistically blur as carelessly blur -_-
it happens okay.


the 'pout'. blur may or may not have been intentional.

it occurs to me that there is also a variation of the 'pout' that leans more towards 'fish' but shys away from 'cute'. we shall call that the 'flout'.
